About Runner
Runner records outdoor activities such as running, hiking, and mountaineering. It can show distance, route, pace, elevation gain, grade, calories, activity history, Live Activities, share images, and optional Apple Health sync.
Common Help
- If GPS recording is not working, check iOS Settings and allow Runner to use precise location.
- If Apple Health sync is not working, check Health app permissions and allow Runner to write workouts, distance, active energy, and workout routes.
- If photos or camera features are not working, check iOS Settings and allow photo library or camera access.
- If subscription status is not updated, open the subscription page in Runner and use Restore Purchases.
